The building is the former SNCM ship repair warehouse. It has been completely renovated for the opening of the court in February 2022, in an industrial style. The staff entrance of the building has been used several times for filming TV series and films, the street, broad, open and lightly trafficked, offering a superb view of the Major Cathedral. The main hall, over 300 m², features an Eiffel-style glass skylight.
It is possible to rent the entire building (weekends only, when the court is closed) or only part of it; we have a pricing grid available on request.
Booking dates and times must be set after agreement, since it is a workplace and venue for hearings. The filming must be compatible with our constraints.
