Isolated military fort with forest, immersive setting

Located in Meurthe-et-Moselle, 25 minutes from Nancy, this fort is a historic former military fort surrounded by 55 hectares of forest, offering an exceptional natural backdrop for shoots.

The site includes a 15,000 m² fort, galleries and underground spaces, as well as large forested areas accessible directly from the estate. The setting offers a range of visual atmospheres: authentic military architecture, dark corridors, abandoned buildings, dense forest, trenches and small casemates scattered throughout the forest massif.

Thanks to its total isolation with no nearby neighbors, the site provides a great production freedom: filming with noise, smoke, special effects, action scenes, or night shoots.

The site is accessible to technical vehicles and production trucks. Access to the fort is via a gravel-stabilized road crossing the forest, suitable for logistics and utility vehicles.

The estate has wide parking areas capable of accommodating around 300 vehicles, enabling the installation of technical crews and the production.

Several outdoor covered spaces (premises) as well as some rooms in the fort that can serve as a technical or logistical base may be used according to shooting needs.

Some rooms scenographed for escape games are present in the fort. These immersive sets can be used for specific shoots on request, due to the presence of mechanisms and fragile elements.

The fort is particularly well-suited for films, series, music videos, commercials and photo shoots, especially for military, post-apocalyptic, survivalist, or immersive worlds.
