Recently renovated with premium materials and bathed in zenithal light, a cathedral skylight (7 meters high, 40m2 in area) and a through layout give the space a real sense of openness and well-being.
White and black, steel and glass, brick and vegetation mingle in a space blending a photo studio set, offices and multiple living spaces with carefully chosen décor. A Brooklyn vibe, with its industrial elements and artistic atmosphere, coexists in harmony with a precise and contemporary architectural achievement, giving this place a unique identity.
The loft regularly hosts all types of productions: film and television shoots (e.g., 'Comme un Avion' by Bruno Podalydès), advertising and institutional films, shoots, vloggers, music videos and events. Our clients include Qonto, Bpifrance, Edenred, Engie, Maybelline, Konbini, Modes&Travaux, Conforama, Posca, Crédit Agricole, the National Olympic Committee, Lucas Studio, Pierre Croce, Batzair, Camille LV and many more!
Located in former SNCF technical warehouses, the loft benefits from a quiet environment. A private parking is available for unloading equipment, and if necessary one or two vehicles can park during the day without causing inconvenience.
The loft is equipped with a loading dock, a double door and a ramp, providing smooth logistics for any type of equipment. It has already hosted cinema and television shoots requiring substantial volumes, without difficulty. Ideally located, it is only a 10-minute walk from Argenteuil station (Line J, 9 minutes from Saint-Lazare).

Un très bel espace qui fait très professionnel, un bel effet waw quand vos collaborateurs arrivent. Et surtout, Didier est aux petits soins de toute l'équipe, et a traité notre projet comme si c'était le sien. Pendant les préparatifs, il déplace, arrange, prepare comme s'il faisait partie de la prod !

Le lieu vaut totalement le déplacement que ce soit les volumes, le style et pleins de petits détails qui facilitent la vie. Au delà des qualités intrinsèques du lieu, il y a de très bonnes vibrations et le fait d'être accuelli par Didier qui est un homme de l'audiovisuel est très appréciable.
