Located in former SNCF technical warehouses, the loft benefits from a quiet environment. Private parking is available for unloading equipment, and if necessary, one or two vehicles can be parked during the day without causing any inconvenience.

The loft is equipped with an unloading dock, double doors and an access ramp, offering fluid logistics for all types of equipment. It has already accommodated film and TV shoots requiring large volumes, without difficulty. Ideally located, it's just a 10-minute walk from Argenteuil train station (line J, 9 minutes from Saint-Lazare station).

The venue is available for hire by professionals only. Private events with the following festive formats are not accepted: weddings, christenings, birthdays, student parties, concerts, DJs, karaoke. Alcohol consumption is prohibited in the loft. In the interests of preserving the premises, we would ask you to protect the walls and floors before setting up, moving or storing any equipment, so as to ensure respectful and careful use of the space.
