The raw materials and the New York loft vibe intertwine with the finesse and elegance of a design conceived in the finest details, creating a place where history and modernity meet and dialogue in harmony.
Recently renovated with high-quality materials and bathed in zenithal light, a cathedral skylight (7 meters high, 40 m²) and a through layout give the place a true sense of space and well-being.
White and black, steel and glass, brick and greenery mingle in a space that combines a photo studio set, offices and multiple living spaces with carefully chosen decor. A Brooklyn vibe, with its industrial elements and artistic atmosphere, coexists harmoniously with a precise and contemporary architectural design, giving this place a unique identity.
The loft regularly hosts all types of productions: cinema and television shoots (e.g., "Comme un Avion" by Bruno Podalydès), advertising and institutional films, shootings, vlogs, music videos and events. Located in former SNCF technical warehouses, the loft benefits from a quiet environment. A private parking is available for unloading equipment, and, if necessary, one or two vehicles can park during the day without causing any inconvenience.
The loft is equipped with a loading dock, a double door and an access ramp, offering smooth logistics for any type of equipment. It has already hosted cinema and television shoots requiring large volumes, without difficulty. Ideally located, it is only 10 minutes' walk from Argenteuil station (line J, 9 minutes from Saint-Lazare station).
Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, coffee bar, make-up room, outdoor terrace, steam generator, air conditioning, loading dock, workstations for 10 guests, meeting table, high-speed Wi-Fi, projector.

Un très bel espace qui fait très professionnel, un bel effet waw quand vos collaborateurs arrivent. Et surtout, Didier est aux petits soins de toute l'équipe, et a traité notre projet comme si c'était le sien. Pendant les préparatifs, il déplace, arrange, prepare comme s'il faisait partie de la prod !
