Industrial hall

Large industrial hall, a transitional urbanism experience. The space hosts around thirty resident structures from the cultural and creative field, a space dedicated to the territory's associative network, and deploys an artistic and cultural program within a garden of 2000 m2 and a 200 m2 room. On the top floor, under the roof of the building with industrial hall features, an open space of 150 m2 is available for filming or shoots. This space includes a 5m2 lockable storage space.
