Île-de-France House: Pool, Luxury Garden for cinema and shoots

Located in Crécy-la-Chapelle in Île-de-France (30 minutes from Paris via the A4), this contemporary 140 m² house offers a bright and convivial atmosphere with its enormous 70 m² XXL kitchen/living room and its private landscaped garden housing a heated and illuminated outdoor pool (from April to October). Absolute village tranquility, white walls 2.20 m high for privacy – perfect for film shoots, lifestyle pubs, photo shoots and music videos (with noise restrictions).

The rental includes the following spaces:

• Ground floor – Cozy 70 m² kitchen/living room: Large dining table, full appliances (oven, refrigerator, induction), sofa, ethanol fireplace, direct access to garden/pool.
• Toilets: Access included.
• Garden & exterior: Landscaped garden, heated and lit pool, equipped terrace (outdoor furniture, barbecue), soft evening lighting.
• Parking: 2 dedicated spaces + easy parking in front of the house. Truck access OK, fiber WiFi, reinforced outlets.

⚠️ Not included in the base rental: bedrooms, bathrooms, office (available as an add-on – please inquire).

Flat rate – common areas + exterior (no partial rental).

• Full week (7 days): €5,890 ex. tax (15% discount)
• Long term (2+ weeks, full access to bedrooms/bathrooms): Custom -25%, relocation mandatory at our expense.

Add-ons:

• Evening/night (after 8pm or before 8am): +€300 (pool and garden lit)
• Heated pool in winter (possible +€300)
• Access to bedrooms + bathrooms: surcharge on quote

Important restrictions:

• Lawn/garden: Initial state documented in mandatory photos. Damage surcharge if deterioration observed.
• Noise: Quiet village – loud music prohibited. Strict legal hours (8:00–20:00). Music videos accepted within this frame.
• Privacy: Perfect indoors. Exterior moderate (high walls 2.20 m, some neighboring windows visible).

Capacity: 15 people ideal, 20 recommended, 40 maximum. Availability open during weekdays and weekends. Virtual tour available on request!
