This vast 80m² space, with its natural and soothing atmosphere, constitutes a perfect backdrop for photo shoots, filming or various content creations. From the entrance, a garden reveals itself in perspective, harmoniously integrated into a decoration mixing styles, embellished with plant structures and a real tree. An 80" touch screen is also available for your projections or presentations.

Different modular spaces are offered to meet the specific needs of your production. The Zenitude room, 40m², with its elegant parquet floor and intriguing 3D paper, is suitable for both intimate scenes and dynamic configurations. In a closed situation, its concealable bay windows offer a private setting, while access can be opened to the space For more technical filming, the Artist' room, 20m², equipped with tables, chairs, 42" touch screen and whiteboard, is ideal for workshops or diverse stagings.

The entrance to the Escape Game, with its decoration inspired by the 1920s, offers an authentic setting for immersive sequences. The on-site professional kitchen, for its part, can be used as a filming space or for the preparation of meals, personalized by us or a caterer. A photo booth is also available for events or team souvenirs.

To ensure the smooth running of your projects, a manager service is included, assisting you in organizing the locations and equipment. With flexible options and unique decors, this harmonious space becomes an essential ally for bringing your most ambitious ideas to life.
