We welcome you to a house with spacious rooms and a warm, retro atmosphere. The living room has wooden furniture from different periods (Renaissance, Empire, 30s), beautiful light fittings and a very large gilded mirror. The floor is made of imitation parquet tiles, with a cement-tiled entrance mat. The lounge/projection area features a very large sofa and small, cosy armchairs for more relaxed gatherings. Panoramic wallpapers take pride of place under our roof. The kitchen, inspired by country chic, welcomes you for your coffee breaks. The adjoining terrace is perfect for sunbathing, sheltered from the wind on a mistral day. The garden is also at your disposal, as is a basketball hoop 🏀. You can enjoy lunch outside in the delicate scent of the lemon blossom. A toilet and shower room are available on the same floor.

The space is on the raised ground floor, accessed by a few steps. Parking available nearby. Public transport access via metro 1 stop st Just or Malpassé and buses 81 and 42.
