House redone by an architect
The house is an old house that was renovated in 2024 by an architect using quality materials (bejmat, stone floor, herringbone parquet, Quartz worktop, cement tiles).
It's a real family home that opens its doors during the day to welcome teams.
The house has a 50 m2 mezzanine with games room, guest bedroom and laundry room.
The 90 m2 ground floor includes a kitchen/dining room, living room, office and entrance hall. The kitchen features a central island and a glass roof opening onto the entrance hall and dining room. The study is separated from the living room by a glass roof, with a beautiful view over the entire ground floor.
The 90 m2 first floor comprises 3 children's bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and a master suite with dressing room and bathroom. The bathrooms have been refurbished with quality materials: bejmat, cement tiles, black or gold faucets.
The living room opens onto a landscaped garden.

Une très belle maison et une hôte accueillante et sympathique. Les espaces sont lumineux même en hiver et la décoration est très cosy ! Merci encore pour cette journée qui s'est très bien déroulée ! Marie.
