This house is the ideal location, nestled in over 3,000m2 of greenery, with a breathtaking view over the countryside for a complete change of scenery.

For a unique getaway, the house offers top-of-the-range amenities and comfort for up to 8 people. Accommodation You'll be welcomed by the owner, who occupies a separate part of the property.

The house offers a beautiful 60m2 air-conditioned living space with dining room, billiards table, lounge with fireplace and wood for the winter months.

Open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, espresso, raclette & pierrade.

Air-conditioned workspace with wifi (fiber on site).

• bedroom 1 air-conditioned with 1 double bed 160cm, 1 single bed 90cm, with its own shower room and toilet.
• bedroom 2 , air-conditioned with 1 double bed 160cm, 1 person bed 80cm, television, shower room and wc.

There's no room for boredom during your stay, thanks to the many indoor and outdoor activities on offer, for everyone's enjoyment.

Bed linen and towels provided. Beds will be made on arrival.

The house must be left tidy, dishes done and put away, bed linen removed from beds and placed in a dedicated basket, fridge emptied, and barbecue cleaned after use.

For winter periods, the first 2 fires will be offered. A supplement will be charged for subsequent fires.

8 travelers maximum, possibility for 1 or 2 extra people to use the sofa in a more convivial spirit (on request and at extra charge).

Pets are welcome (as long as they are clean and not destructive). Traveler access You have access to the whole house. The house is 115 kilometers from the gates of Paris, or 1h25 by train from Gare Montparnasse, with transport available on arrival (on request). The house has parking for 2 cars.
