Our house located in the heart of the 12th arrondissement of Paris will welcome you with a large ground-floor terrace, quiet with no overlooking. On the ground floor you will find a large living space of about 70 m2 with high ceilings, including a living room and dining room, with a large table able to seat 10 people. Possibility to use the home cinema with projector and screen for your projections. You will also find a large equipped kitchen, toilets with a hand wash basin, and a workspace area that can serve as a cloakroom on the side. Parking on site for one car is possible. Note that the two upper floors comprising 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are not open for booking unless specifically requested.
