Located on a quiet street in Montreuil, this bright house offers a warm, functional setting for film shoots and photo shoots. Just 10 minutes from the Mairie de Montreuil metro station, it features a garden, a terrace with an unobstructed view of other gardens, and parking spaces nearby.
The house is divided over three levels:
- Garden level: children's bedroom with bay window overlooking the garden (independent access), bathroom with Italian shower, bedroom with piano (ideal for musical scenes).
- First floor: spacious 40 m² living room with brick wall, wood-burning stove and open kitchen with glass roof. The large accordion window opens onto the terrace, doubling the space and providing a beautiful transition to the outdoors.
- Second floor: three bright bedrooms with velux and windows, a bathroom with Italian shower and a room equipped with a drum kit, perfect for instrument stages.
