The house is spread over three levels:
- Garden floor: children's bedroom with bay window overlooking the garden (independent access), bathroom with Italian shower, bedroom with piano (ideal for musical scenes).
- Ground floor: spacious living room of 40 m² with brick wall, wood stove and open kitchen equipped with a glass roof. The large accordion bay window opens onto the terrace, thus doubling the space and offering a beautiful transition to the outside.
- First floor: three bright bedrooms with skylights and windows, a bathroom with Italian shower and a bedroom equipped with a drum kit, perfect for instrument scenes.
