This Bordeaux chartreuse welcomes you to its intimate, charming and verdant setting for your business events. Situated in the commune of Eysines, 15 minutes from Bordeaux city center and with direct access to the ring road, it boasts a large 2000m2 garden planted with trees and a variety of spaces.

An ideal venue for team meetings, mini-seminars, team-building, training, corporate events, fun or relaxation. It can be shaped to your image for a day or half-day. It can also be used as a filming/production location.

Various spaces are at your disposal:

• Meeting room: a 30m2 space carefully decorated for meetings. This meeting room is designed as an extension of the garden: large bay windows flood the interior with natural light, creating a natural atmosphere conducive to creativity. Depending on the layout, this room can accommodate up to 16 people and is equipped with a screen, flipchart and blackboard. It can be arranged in a U-shape, as a classroom, in islands or as a large communal table.

• The Greenhouse: Large green veranda / Swimming pool This 100m2 covered space can be used to create small workgroups, perfect for break-out sessions to the sound of birdsong. The tropical atmosphere of the Beach Club lets you work with your feet in the water, or extend your work sessions with a swim. Ideal setting for a yoga or pilates class.

• Large garden / petanque court: the garden, planted with trees and flowers, offers a variety of places to get some fresh air during your breaks, or to enjoy a game of pétanque. Lends itself easily to the organization of team-building activities.

• At the table: Barbecue area / plancha / summer kitchen / pizza oven: a country setting for relaxed, convivial outdoor dining in fine weather.

Accessibility:

• by car, 3 parking spaces under the carport (inside the property), and city parking nearby.
• by streetcar (line D, stop 7 minutes' walk away) and bus (line 70, stop 4 minutes' walk away)

For film shoots/productions, several vehicles can be parked in the inner courtyard to facilitate unloading of equipment.
