Technical sheet available
The house, built in 1955, with a floor area of 250 m2, has undergone various transformations to open the interior spaces while modernising it: solid hardwood flooring, interior openings allowing light to circulate from East to West, double-glazed windows, all equipped with exterior wooden shutters. The 47 m2 living area faces the fireplace and opens onto an exterior terrace of 20 m2 that overlooks the garden and, below it, a year-round heated swim spa. Under this terrace an electric sauna, a shower and a fitness area complete the house's wellness space. Far from the road (a 30 m driveway), the house is surrounded by vegetation in absolute calm.
