Design and bright apartment for visual content in the heart of Paris. Designed by architects Heju, this sleek and colorful apartment located in Le Sentier is ideal for your content creation projects. With a living area of more than 45 m² bathed in light thanks to five windows in a row and a large skylight, this inspiring space lends itself perfectly to interviews, photoshoots, short video shoots or podcasts. The setting offers an unobstructed view of Place du Caire, in the heart of a quiet street with no traffic, and in immediate proximity to Montorgueil Street and Rue du Nil. A large table comfortably seats up to eight people, ideal for team brainstorming sessions or screenplay preparations. A screen is also at your disposal for your creation needs. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is an additional asset for indoor shoots or to provide for your crew. Coffee? Of course, complimentary! To ensure optimal use, shoots are limited to eight people with light equipment. Just downstairs from the apartment, a bakery and an Israeli restaurant offer everything you need for tasty breaks between takes. This uniquely designed space will elevate your creative projects in a neighborhood imbued with Parisian charm.

Nous avons passé une très agréable journée chez Marie & Richard. L'appartement est joli, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, lumineux et gai. L'organisation était bien rodée. Merci encore pour l'accueil !
