*OfficeRiders note: Please note that this comment does not take all contextual elements into account *. If you're looking for a serious host for your production, move on! I had the misfortune of booking this venue for the first shoot of my online store and experienced the most horrible day of my entrepreneurial life. To cut a long story short, the host contacted me at 9.30am on the day of the shoot to tell me that she wouldn't be at home in the morning, as she had an appointment at *place hidden by OfficeRiders* at 10.30am. I remind her that my reservation is for the whole day, and it's at this point that she tells me that when you reserve your accommodation, you have to be there at 8am sharp, otherwise she won't commit to being there for the shoot. So I suggest that she reduce the rental to half a day, or leave her keys with a neighbor so that I can arrive as soon as possible and start preparing my shoot. She tells me there's no question of her leaving her keys and that the rental is for the day, so reducing the hours is out of the question. She adds that if I don't like it, I can cancel my reservation, except that she's already cashed in my 500 euros! She tells me she'll be home at 1pm.... so I arrive at 1pm, but Madame isn't home! She shows up an hour later and we (me, the make-up artist and the photographer) snob at the foot of the building. The booking doesn't start until 2pm.... No professionalism and above all no empathy... Don't be fooled, and don't go anywhere! Moreover, OfficeRiders is no help at all when there's a problem of this kind. This was my first rental and it's clearly my last!
