The property has two master suites and two double bedrooms, all equipped with king-size beds. The double bedrooms can be configured as twins according to the needs of crews or guests.

A retractable cinema screen, a studio-quality JBL hi-fi audio system, Apple TV, AirPlay and Netflix complete the experience. The house is also equipped with a high-speed Starlink internet connection, with a backup ADSL network.

Outside, the natural setting offers multiple possibilities for staging: a private pond for kayaking and no-kill fishing, meadows and wooded areas, pétanque and badminton games, wildlife watching and open landscapes conducive to shoots.
