The videoconference/meeting space organizes your day facing St Lazare station.

Choose the most suitable option and contact us in advance to personalize it.

For your comfort and that of your colleagues, the room can accommodate:

• 16 people around a table (a large table or U-shaped or L-shaped) all facing a speaker/screen or 18 people for a working group.

You will be able to have lunch inside (we offer Mediterranean catering for delivery from Hilo),

• 23 people in school training (see the second photo) without a table, preferring an outdoor lunch with the various restaurants nearby.

  In terms of connectivity, the room is equipped with a 65-inch TV and a Yealink MeetingBar allowing the casting of your computer as well as videoconferencing.

  For Mac users, please come with your administrator codes or to check your ability to do AirPlay.

  Wifi is Wifi 6E.

Two internet boxes from two different operators are available to cover any eventuality.

The room is equipped with a flipchart, a printer and office essentials.

For the break and snack, drinks (coffee, tea, fruit juice, water from the fountain) are unlimited.

Cigarette breaks will take place on the balcony.

A large kitchen is at your disposal.

An equipment depot is available. possible the day before.
