• a 490 m2 ground floor flooded with light thanks to three rows of zenithal skylights, one of which is 10 m high,
• two 120 m2 showroom-office areas on the first and second floors;
• a double vaulted cellar, 3.5 m high and 70 m2 in white stone. The space is served by a three-metre-wide carriage entrance that can accommodate vehicles. The store can also be used to display a vehicle.
