Cosy house near the beach
Several parking spaces are accessible and free on the street, near the house.
The bathroom and WC (to share, not private) will be available (included), as well as the guest bedroom (17 m2); sheets and bathroom linen on request (included).
Free access to the room via the exterior terrace is possible (key on request included), an asset for varied shots and smooth movement of the teams.
If a short film is being made, I would like to attend the filming if possible.
For the comfort of all, smokers must use the garden, taking care not to inconvenience the teams (far from the French windows) and absolutely use an ashtray.
(free supply of pocket ashtrays possible on site).
No throwing cigarette butts into nature or the street (to avoid pollution and fires).
Cleaning will only be done (by myself) once a week: an important point to take into account when organizing your production.
The stove is gas, the oven is electric.
Do not fill the dishwasher, I will do it myself.
Prohibition on touching fragile and valuable objects: please take this into account for your decorations and accessories.
