Steeped in history, it was the site of the clandestine love affairs of Verlaine and Rimbaud, and the birthplace of illustrations for major works of French literature. Its special, inspiring atmosphere lends itself perfectly to artistic projects and productions that are out of the ordinary.
With ceiling heights of up to 6 meters, it features two levels of 90m² each, bathed in light from a prestigious glass roof. The first floor, fully accessible by wheelchair, includes a vast modular space, ideal for group scenes, interviews or wide shots. The first floor, accessible via a staircase, offers a more intimate space, perfect for work scenes, moments of relaxation or close-ups.
