Steep with history, this place hosted the clandestine loves of Verlaine and Rimbaud, and saw the birth of illustrations for major works of French literature. Its special and inspiring atmosphere lends itself perfectly to artistic projects and productions that are out of the ordinary.
With a ceiling height of up to 6 meters, it has two levels of 90m² each, crossed by the light of a prestigious glass roof. The ground floor, fully PRM accessible, includes a large modular space, ideal for group scenes, interviews or wide shots. The upper floor, accessible by a staircase, offers a more intimate space, perfect for work scenes, moments of relaxation or close-ups.
