The House of Flosette
Discover the Maison de Flosette, nestled in the heart of Fontaine-les-Grès, a place rich in history and authenticity. This iconic building was the very first factory of the Doré Doré brand, founded in 1819, a pioneer in the art of knitting and French textile craftsmanship.
Today renovated with care, it blends the era's industrial charm with a warm and contemporary ambiance — perfect for your shoots, filming.

The house is composed of 2 buildings on 4 levels:
On the ground floor of the first building, two large salons with wood paneling and period fireplace, a dining room formerly the office of the director Doré Doré 1819, a washroom, 1 toilet and an office and a kitchen, and on the upper floor of this building 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a landing in its original state with access to the attic. The second building consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 offices, one of which was the family's former chapel, all along a long corridor with windows looking directly onto the former Doré Doré factory 1819.
On the lower floor there is a laundry room and 3 bedrooms not renovated giving directly onto the outdoors.
All of it with a wooded and enclosed plot with a 250m2 outbuilding that used to be the family’s party room, a vegetable garden and a large terrace
