large minimalist Parisian apartment

I offer a large, typically Haussmann-style 105m2 apartment for photo shoots or filming.

the apartment includes an entrance hall, a double living room, an office/library, a bedroom, a shower room/wc and a spacious kitchen. the apartment is furnished in a minimalist style (bauhaus as well as designer fronzoni) that can easily be moved to suit the styling needs of the production.

all rooms have typical wooden floors and ceiling moldings as was common for the period. there are 2 fireplaces (in the living room and also in the library).

the large windows face north, providing soft, diffused light. sunlight is only direct in the apartment in the early morning hours in summer, and in the bedroom at the end of summer days (facing northwest).

the apartment has lovely details such as the hand-crafted single glazing in the double living room (slightly undulating effect when viewed through). in the entrance hall, there is a painted glass window overlooking an inner courtyard.

The apartment is virtually unoverlooked, while the bedroom has a balcony overlooking the green park opposite.

Situated in one of the most picturesque streets in a beautiful part of Paris (the butte montmartre), the apartment also offers convenient access to outdoor filming if required.
