Bright room with grand piano + kitchen access

My living space is equipped with a grand piano. The large oval table can be used as a meeting table. The piano is what I offer to musicians on the move who need to practice regularly. The space can also be used to organize a small concert if you bring the other instruments and music stands. The kitchen is easily accessible (fridge, coffee-maker, kettle, microwave), although it's not a place where you can cook your own meals.
