Large, bright, luxurious, refurbished apartment with private garden
This apartment is located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement in a chic Paris neighborhood; it comprises a large living room, a very bright dining room, with a fireplace. It has been completely renovated in 2024, with high-end materials. There are two large bedrooms with views of the garden, as well as the kitchen.
Access to the garden is available for an additional fee (to be specified at the time of rental to agree on the rate/ use). You can hold meetings, photo shoots, yoga classes, lunch or other activities there.
House rules: no smoking in the apartment (OK on the balcony)
No shoes in the apartment. I provide overshoes, or going barefoot is great!
