Large, bright, luxurious, refurbished apartment with private garden
This apartment is located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement in a chic district of Paris, and comprises a large, bright living and dining room with fireplace. It was completely renovated in 2024, using top-of-the-range materials. There are two large bedrooms overlooking the garden, as well as a kitchen.
Access to the garden is authorized for an additional fee of 200€ (to be specified at the time of rental). You can use it for meetings, photo shoots, yoga classes, lunch or other purposes.
House rules: no smoking in the apartment (OK on the balcony)
No shoes in the apartment. I provide over shoes, or barefoot is great!
A clothes rack is available on request.
