Large, bright, luxurious, refurbished apartment with private garden
This apartment is located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement in a chic area of Paris, and it comprises a large living room, a very bright dining room, with a fireplace. It has been completely renovated in 2024, with high-end materials. There are two large bedrooms with views of the garden, as well as the kitchen.
Access to the Garden is allowed for an additional €300 (to be specified at the time of rental). You can hold meetings, photoshoots, yoga classes, lunch or other activities there.
House rules: no smoking in the apartment (OK on the balcony)
No shoes in the apartment. I provide overshoes, or going barefoot is great!
