Finnish Kota, Scandinavian cabin

Located on a fenced plot of 33 ares (3,300 m²), this unusual lodging offers a natural setting open to the outside, bright and exploitable for photo or video shoots. The unobstructed view of the Lorraine landscape allows wide shots with no direct vis-a-vis on the nature side. View over the fields. (year-round rental as an unusual night)

The heart of the place is a room in a Finnish kota of 25 m² raised (yes we are tall), entirely in wood, with a warm Nordic aesthetic. Its hexagonal structure and authentic ambiance create a strong decor, ideal for intimate scenes with its glass shower, interviews, lifestyle content, well-being or Nordic cabin universes.

A detached living space, serves as cocooning space, integrated kitchen and massage area, allows different framing axes inside building of 40 m² with a large 3x2 m glass wall that provides a nice view to the outside. The 40 m² terrace naturally extends shooting possibilities outdoors.

The whole is fully fenced, facilitating production management and security of equipment. No other guests on site. Our spaces are air-conditioned, except of course the sauna.

A private on-site parking can accommodate several vehicles, including technical vans. (the little plus, opposite our property, our neighbour has a gîte for 6 people can serve as team housing or back-office according to production needs and according to her schedule.)
