Located on a fenced plot of 33 ares, this unusual accommodation offers a natural setting open to the outside, bright and exploitable for photo or video shoots. The unobstructed view of the Lorraine countryside allows wide shots with no direct line of sight to the nature side. view of the fields. ( available year-round for an unusual overnight )

The heart of the place is a 25 m² raised bedroom inside a Finnish kota, entirely in wood, with a warm Nordic aesthetic. Its hexagonal structure and authentic atmosphere create a strong backdrop, ideal for intimate scenes with its glass-walled shower, interviews, lifestyle content, well-being, or Nordic cabin themes.

An unattached living space serves as a cocoon area, with an integrated kitchen and a massage space, allowing different framing options inside a 40 m2 building with a large 3x2 m glass wall that provides a nice view to the outside. The 40 m² terrace naturally extends shooting possibilities to the outdoors.

The whole site is fully fenced, facilitating production management and securing equipment. No other guests on-site. Our spaces are air-conditioned, except of course the sauna.

A private on-site parking area can accommodate several vehicles, including technical vans. (The little plus: facing our property, a neighbor has a guest house for 8–9 people that can serve as crew housing or a back-office base depending on production needs and her schedule.)
