Spacious, bright apartment
That bright, quiet and freshly renovated apartment, located in the heart of the 9th arrondissement, offers an ideal setting for your film shoots, commercials, clips or interviews. Bathed in natural light thanks to large windows and a generous ceiling height, it combines Parisian charm with contemporary comfort.
The open-plan living space includes a kitchen-dining area open to the living room, centered around a travertine table and an elegant bookshelf. The decor, at once minimalist and warm, easily adapts to different types of visual productions. The period moldings, present in every room, bring a touch of classic elegance, while modern equipment – projector with Chromecast, high-fidelity sound system – guarantee a smooth and comfortable shoot.
Nestled in a lively and authentic neighborhood, in immediate proximity to numerous cafes, restaurants and shops, this apartment offers a typically Parisian setting, at once refined, timeless and inspiring.

L'appartement de l'hôte était super, tout comme sa disponibilité. Nous avons loué ce lieu pour un tournage vidéo professionnel d'entreprise. Nous avons pu nous adapter à tous les espaces nécessaires !
