This bright apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers very large spaces and a view of the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul Church, in Paris's 10th arrondissement. Close to the Nord and Est train stations, and to one of Paris's most beautiful covered markets, the Saint-Quentin Market, it makes for a practical and inspiring filming location. The large meeting table (6-8 people), the 2 sofas (7 seats), the TV with HDMI cables, the computer screen, and the equipped kitchen with an island and 4 stools, provide a functional setting for film shoots, series, or commercials. The numerous indoor plants and the capacity to accommodate 20 people distributed between the main room, the living room and the kitchen, create a convivial and warm atmosphere, perfect for scenes of daily life or business meetings.

Superb experience, we stayed there for three days for the filming of a fictional short film with a team of 7 people, the space is ideal and Benoît and his partner were very accommodating and welcoming to us. I recommend!
