The winery has been transformed into 5 bedrooms (17 to 30 m²) each with a bathroom and toilet, overlooking the park and vineyards with no overlooking properties; over 4 levels, served by a transversal corridor (38 m²) in travertine, a wooden and metal staircase, 2 wrought-iron access doors, and a separate 6th toilet. One of the rooms has been raised with a turret featuring exposed timber. The walls of exposed stone have been highlighted, and the original beams preserved.
The stable has been converted into a living room and dining area for 12/18 guests, 95 m², with its hayloft converted into a living mezzanine of 40 m² overlooking the park, accessible by a stone staircase. The floor is travertine, the walls are exposed stone with visible original framing. A large stone fireplace and a cast-iron stove, both functional. Large glass door in a girondine style, 1 door window, 2 windows, 1 fixed skylight and 1 roof window.
The outbuilding has been transformed into an open-plan kitchen of 61 m² with a central island hosting cooking and the dining space for 6, with a refined living area and a functional cast-iron stove in the original fireplace.
The living area has been transformed and extended thanks to the old attic. The 'stone sink' corner has become the entrance that serves a room with a fireplace and beam today a study, and a period wooden staircase leads to a master suite of 38 m² (bedroom with fireplace, shower room & island tub, dressing) then via a corridor to 2 bedrooms of 8 m² & 10 m², toilets and a 13 m² bathroom with island shower & bathtub.
