The Exclusive Studio
This studio is a 600 m² exclusive space located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
Designed to host filming, shooting, editorial, event, showroom, presentation, press day or dinner projects, the studio brings together a 320 m² shooting stage and a 225 m² three-sided cyclorama.
The venue benefits from direct ground-floor access, a discreet entrance via a private courtyard, PMR accessibility to the main space, and a Wi‑Fi connection at all levels.
A zenith skylight provides daylight that can be fully blocked. The studio also features a Sonos speaker system, air conditioning and geothermal heating, as well as a security system including videophone, alarm system and video surveillance.
The Studio also includes a restaurant, a kitchen, a dressing room, a meeting room and a bathroom. The ground-floor spaces have direct access to the private courtyard.
Designed and renovated in 2024, the studio places environmental responsibility at the heart of its operation. It is ISO 20121 certified and has received the Ecovadis Platinum medal.
