The Exclusive Studio

The Exclusive Studio is a 600 m² exclusive space located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement of Paris.

Designed to host filming projects, shoots, editorials, events, showroom, presentations, press days or dinners, the studio brings together a 320 m² shooting stage and a three-sided cyclorama of 225 m².

The venue offers direct access to the ground floor, a discreet entrance via a private courtyard, wheelchair access to the main space and Wi‑Fi connection at all levels.

A zenith skylight brings daylight that can be fully blocked out. The studio also has a sound system with Sonos speakers, air conditioning and geothermal heating, as well as a security system including videophone, alarm system and CCTV.

The Studio also includes a restaurant, a kitchen, a dressing room, a meeting room and a washroom. The ground-floor spaces have direct access to the private courtyard.

Designed and renovated in 2024, the studio places environmental responsibility at the heart of its operation. It is ISO 20121 certified and has received Ecovadis Platinum Medal.

Here are the tariff details:

—> The daily rate (for 10 hours between 8am and 8pm) is: €5,500 excluding tax (plus €100 excluding tax per day) —> The Prélight / Installation day is at -50%.

To be settled at the end of the rental: —> Energy consumption [€1.8/kWh excluding tax] —> White wash cyclo and rekraft [€15/m² excluding tax] (if necessary) —> Removal of bulky waste on quote (if necessary) —> Specific cleaning on quote (if necessary)

The rental includes all studio services and equipment, so you can fully focus on creation and the experience.

For equipment and catering, you are completely free: you can bring your own providers or entrust these matters to us. We will be happy to propose tailor-made options according to your wishes.

Some useful notes:

• We allow ambient music, at a moderate volume, to preserve the tranquility of the place. A sound system is available.
• Guest management should be organized smoothly and supervised, to avoid any nuisance or overflow, especially outside the studio (security service if needed to implement).
• Specify the decor and installations planned for the event setup.
• The metal structure of the ceiling/roof of the plateau does not allow heavy loads to be hung from this structure.
• Dismantling and storage of equipment and installations cannot take place after 9pm. It can, however, take place the next day from 9am to respect the operating constraints of the venue and the noise caused by this type of work.
• The studio closes around 10pm at the latest. If a later closing time is needed, the studio must approve the arrangement in advance.
• There is an equipped kitchen capable of receiving catering or for preparations and plating, however there is no vent/extractor, so no cooking for a dinner in our kitchen.
• The indicated rate corresponds to a 10-hour day, between 8am and 8pm, excluding Fashion Week periods. Overtime beyond 10 hours of rental.
