In the Occitanie region and the Tarn-et-Garonne department, the property overlooks a small village located at the gates of Montauban, bordered by the Tarn. The village includes a Natura 2000 site as well as a natural area of ecological, faunal and floristic interest. A state-owned forest is also accessible a few kilometers away. The property's location, surrounded by its enclosed park and richly wooded with century-old trees, guarantees tranquility without being isolated. Finally, Toulouse-Blagnac airport is about 45 minutes away.

An alley leads to the estate's main entrance, marked by a venerable century-old parasol pine. Two ashlar stone pillars, topped with pyramidal capitals and spheres, support wide gates clad with panels in solid gray metal. Once these gates are passed, the view opens onto two fenced meadows dotted with cedars and oaks, while a hedge hides the parking areas. Facing the driveway, a brick fountain murmurs softly in front of the main building. Built on three levels and offering approximately 520 m² of living space, the manor features walls in pink brick and ashlar stone or whitewashed render. The roof, with interlocking clay tiles, is perfectly preserved and comprises a distinctive pattern formed by several pitched sections. Former manor house dating from the 18th century, the residence was completely rebuilt in the 20th century by a Dutch diplomat, a benefactor of the village after the 1930 flood. He drew inspiration from the Arts & Crafts movement then fashionable in Northern Europe, blending a noble aesthetic with the richness of traditional craftsmanship, as evidenced by the carved woodwork, oak parquet floors and staircases, plasterwork on coffered or moulded ceilings, fireplaces in Italian marble, the white stone of Quercy, and the stained glass that adorns each room. In the extension of the main entrance steps, a landscaped clearing houses a swimming pool bordered by light-colored stone slabs, shrubs, flowering beds and herb gardens, with a technical room set back. A shaded terrace runs along the basin. On one side, an orchard of old varieties extends below. Finally, a wood stretches to the property boundaries, fully enclosed.
