The estate is approximately: 20-25 minutes from Quimper (≈ 21 km) and 55-60 minutes from Brest Bretagne airport (≈ 60-65 km), making it an easily accessible spot for teams.

Exposed stonework, beams, through-light and unobstructed views over the countryside provide a warm setting, ideal for lifestyle shoots, intimate filming or quiet interviews.

The Argoat gîte features a large, convivial living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge, as well as three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a terrace overlooking the garden. The decor is meticulously crafted in the spirit of a top-of-the-range family home, and can be easily customized by our decorating teams.

The huge glass roof in the common room lets in plenty of light, while upstairs, the projection area with its cosy round sofa offers a multitude of possibilities.

The outbuildings (approx. 450 m²: sheds, former stables, storage areas) offer enormous staging potential: raw volumes, exposed frameworks, large doors, the possibility of installing workshops, backstage areas, dressing rooms, HMC space or creating custom sets. The grounds surrounding the estate are also ideal for outdoor shoots: paths, meadows, views over the countryside and a very peaceful atmosphere.
