In the basement: 1 gym, a recording studio and a laundry room.
On the ground floor: a designer living room opening onto an open kitchen with all the equipment necessary for a home chef or a cocktail dinner and itself overlooking the courtyard.
On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
On the 2nd floor: a suite master bedroom with dressing room and shower room and 1 office.
