On the heights of Marsolan, halfway between Lectoure and Condom, in the heart of Lomagne — nicknamed the French Tuscany — Domaine La Védence invites you to come together, to feel and to share. The spectacular view over the Gers valleys and the Pyrenees, the beauty of the vegetation, the sublime light, the enveloping energy… confer to this place a serene, harmonious and regenerating atmosphere.

The Mas, its Villa, its Spa and its Pool form the heart of the domaine. The ensemble blends contemporary design with the authenticity of old stones, the oldest dating back to 1776. The houses are tastefully furnished. Particular care is given to details to make your stay even more enjoyable. Numerous amenities are at your disposal exclusively: electric charging station, saltwater pool with panoramic view, pool bar, 4 terraces, a secret corner to converse away from prying eyes, hammock, sauna, hammam, massage and relaxation room…boules court, cinema room, telescope, plancha… The Mas and its Villa accommodate up to 12 people in absolute comfort. Two adjacent houses, six bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, to live together while preserving everyone's privacy. Here we cultivate the art of hospitality with discretion, refinement and unabashed pleasure.

The accommodations The cosy living room and the fully equipped kitchen open onto a large bay window from which you can admire the exceptional and ever-changing view. The four bedrooms, sober and refined, with en-suite bathrooms and toilets, including one with a bathtub, all benefit from this same fabulous view. The premium bedding will let you enjoy long, restful nights. You can have lunch or dinner indoors or on the Mas's main terrace facing the garden WiFi, reversible air conditioning in all rooms, wood stove, TV lounge, Bluetooth Hi-Fi system, board games, chess, candles for a more intimate ambiance… for your enjoyment, nothing has been left to chance (see the With our compliments section below for the full list of available equipment.

The Villa The Villa's kitchen, identical to the Mas's… but larger, features a removable central island where 12 guests can be seated. The living room is equipped with modular contemporary furniture for moments with friends by the fireplace or to watch a movie on the giant screen. On the ground floor, a first spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom, WC, and its private terrace. Upstairs the second bedroom also benefits from a fabulous view over the pool and the Gers countryside. Premium bedding awaits for deep sleep. The Spa The Hammam, clad in blue and black ceramic, is accessible directly from the living room. A shower is available nearby. The Sauna is located on the terrace opposite the villa entrance. A rest area is set up nearby. On the ground floor there is also a massage and relaxation room where you can meditate or reflect. For massages, a list of regional professionals is at your disposal. This place is also equipped with a Dream Machine (www.dream-machine.tech), a photostimulator that uses light frequencies to soothe the mind, awaken the senses and take you on improbable journeys! Bathrobes and slippers are generously provided. Yoga mats are also available. Sit on the lawn or on one of the terraces, facing the Pyrenees and breathe. A yoga instructor is available by reservation, if you wish.

The Pool and its Pool Bar A few steps from the two houses, the pool has its own universe with its Pool Bar (fridge, induction plates, sink, coffee machine, outdoor-safe glassware), its pergola adorned with white curtains that conceal an outdoor massage bed and its elegant sun loungers. Morning coffees, lunch in the sun or sunset aperitif; you quickly get attached to this place. Pool towels are of course provided.

The Blue Cottage The Blue Cottage reveals an intimate and deeply peaceful atmosphere. Open to the gentle Gers landscape, it invites you to slow down, reconnect, and savor the absolute calm of a preserved environment.

The Tchanquée Cabin The Tchanquée Cabin, at the end of the domain, among the trees, perched on its stilts, the Tchanquée (Gascon chancat: fixed on stilts/ stilts) is a singular retreat designed for lovers. Entirely wood, the cabin, its refined design, its suspended terrace and the surrounding silence create a rare, timeless experience where one comes to reconnect with what matters.

With our compliments Your relaxation and comfort are our priority. We have done everything to ensure you lack nothing. In addition to the items described above, here are some amenities available for both houses: electric charging station (Witty), pétanque balls, hammock, baby cots and chairs, ironing board, washing machines (laundry and dishes)… Also note that a municipal tennis court without reservation (you will easily find space) is available 300 meters from the estate. Linen, bath and pool towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand gel (Nuxe brand products), hairdryer, toilet paper and paper towels are also graciously provided, not to mention firewood for winter or a generous selection of about twenty condiments and cooking herbs. Of course, the end-of-stay cleaning is included. For bookings of more than 10 days, a full housekeeping service during the stay with changing sheets and towels is also included in the rental. For shorter stays, this service can also be provided for an additional 200 € to be paid on site.

Booking

Depending on the time of year, a minimum number of nights may be required. From mid-June to mid-September, the minimum stay is 7 nights, with arrivals and departures only on Saturdays. However, it may happen that sporadic dates become available during this period. They will appear in green on our calendar. Please feel free to submit your booking.

Security deposit Upon check-in, a credit card imprint for 700 Euros (not charged) will be taken as a security deposit. This amount is intended to cover any damages and/or breakages to the accommodation and its furnishings and objects, caused by the occupants, as well as any loss of keys or items. The security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after departure if no damage has been found.
