Design space for beauty, hair and art

Our hair salon and art gallery is located in the creative Gràcia neighborhood in Barcelona. It has excellent public transport connectivity, being close to Fontana metro L3, the bus stops 22, V15, V17, among others. There is also nearby parking and plenty of options to snack or dine around. The space has 171 m2 built, 150 m2 usable and its interior was designed by a renowned international studio. It features an open-plan area decorated as a hair salon with 9 stations with large mirrors, 3 washbasins, a detachable aluminum table capable of seating up to 12 people, a reception area, an outdoor terrace, a bathroom and a break room/kitchen area. The space operates as beauty coworking and art gallery and hosts creative events on non-working days (Sundays). If the requested dates are Monday to Saturday, the space manager will do everything possible to offer a viable alternative. It is an ideal place to host events, private concerts, photoshoots, commercial shoots as well as beauty services, among others.
