Cozy office of about 30 m² with retro charm

Our space is a thirty-six square meter office with a vintage fifties vibe, very bold, in the spirit of the Mad Men series. It includes a control room of about four square meters to set up computer equipment or host a technician, and a main area of thirty-one square meters fully modular.

There you will find a round table that can serve as a podcast table, two lounge chairs that can double as a sofa for a face-to-face exchange, beautiful blue velvet chairs, and even two notary desks allowing to recreate a different staging, interview-style. The place is also decorated with a piano and an electric guitar with an amplifier, and it has a small fridge, a coffee machine, air conditioning, and lighting already installed on the wall and ceiling.

This warm and cinematic ambiance works just as well for podcasts as for fiction or series shoots.

For the technical part, we provide an on-site supervisor according to three levels of service. The basic package, priced at €250 per day, uses Canon camcorders offering a sharp image with no depth of field, intelligible sound, and lighting already available on site. The intermediate package, at €600 per day, offers sound and equipment much more professional, with FS-7 type cameras offering real depth of field and a 4K image, as well as lighting tailored by the supervisor. Finally, the top package, starting at €1,000 per day, allows a complete reconfiguration of the studio according to the desired decor, with the possibility to change the frames, add plants, neon lights or other decorative elements, some supplied by us and others to be planned according to the project.
