The cafe / bar is separated into 3 areas - the ground floor (approx. 40 m²) and the small terrace; the mezzanine (approx. 20 m²); the basement (20 m²). The bulbs in the lighting fixtures are mostly dimmable. Functional bar and kitchen, 2 WCs. 11 marble-square tables, 4 marble round tables, 6 round wooden and cast-iron tables, 1 high table for 6 people and the bar with its 4 high chairs. Seated capacity approx. 40; additional chairs on the lower level. Video projector x1 and 2 screens possible (mezzanine and basement). Everything can be reconfigured as needed.
