Country house with pool and jacuzzi

It accommodates 10 guests and is composed of:

GROUND FLOOR

The Kitchen:

• You can cook in this spacious space with family or friends easily.
• You will also find everything you need to cook (stand mixer, immersion blender, etc...).
• We also provide an espresso machine (L'OR Espresso), a filter coffee machine, a four-slice toaster, a kettle, a wine fridge, a dishwasher, a scale, etc..

The Living Room:

• You can relax in front of a nice fireplace, comfortably seated on a large U-shaped sofa or on individual seating.
• Ideal for an aperitif, board games, reading a book...
• We provide board games, books and a karaoke machine for wild party nights!!!!
• A large television with a sound bar for an immersive viewing experience. Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ are available.

The Dining Room:

• A large table that can comfortably seat 14 people for breakfasts, lunches and dinners
• We provide a piano so that a few musical notes resonate in the house.
• You will also find a large sideboard containing all the dinnerware.

The Terracotta Bedroom:

• Family room for 4 people consisting of one double bed 160x200 and two single beds 90x200.
• Many storage options are also provided to store all your belongings!

The Bathroom

• You will find a double sink as well as a large bathtub to enjoy a moment of relaxation or give the little ones a bath.
• Two step stools for the little ones are present.
• Hair dryer

The Shower Room:

• Consists of a walk-in shower along with a vanity, a toilet and a hair dryer.

Laundry / Back Kitchen:

• You will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer,
• A second large-capacity fridge,
• A cupboard to store all your provisions.
• 2 raclette machines for a total of 16 people

UPSTAIRS

The Blue Bedroom:

• Family room for 4 people consisting of one double bed 140x200 and two single beds 90x200 (trundle bed)
• A dresser is provided to store your belongings.

Game Room:

• A youth library is available as well as games for the little ones.
• A children's kitchen with all the necessary to play like grown-ups as well as games like Lego, Kapla etc...

• Poufs for comfortable seating as well as a table to create masterpieces.

The Green Bedroom :

• A double bed 160x200
• A wardrobe to store your belongings

THE BARN

This outbuilding can accommodate 4 people comfortably. It consists of :

• A living room with TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ available.
• A table that can seat 4 people
• A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and a combi oven.

Yellow Bedroom:

• a double bed 160x200
• A wardrobe to store your belongings

Shower Room:

• A vanity
• A walk-in shower
• A toilet
• A hair dryer

Mezzanine:

• Two single beds 90x200
  • Attention: access to the mezzanine is via a staircase without a railing *

EXTERIOR

*A large terrace with a table for 14 people. Deck chairs are also available, 8 in total. *A 4x8m pool heated from May 1 to October 15; a safety cover keeps the pool secure for cooling off, playing, swimming... *A Jacuzzi® for 5 people heated year-round for absolute relaxation... *A children's playhouse with a swing and a slide so kids can have wonderful moments and create memories. *A pétanque court for adults to enjoy memorable moments.
