• The "Maison": 2 master bedrooms + 1 simple, living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen with wood stove, 2 bathrooms + 2 toilets including one on the ground floor,
• The Workshops: modular winter garden (dining room for +20 people or extra bedroom with sofa bed or living/game/relaxation space according to needs) + office with sofa bed + shared laundry = 2 additional convertible sofa beds
