The ground floor includes a 115 m² apartment with large living room, fireplace, two elegant master suites and a furnished terrace. The upper floor, accessible independently, offers a 125 m² apartment including a large living room, a mezzanine and two other master suites. The outdoor spaces planted with olive trees and the central courtyard provide a unique charm, perfect for capturing authentic atmospheres.
To enrich your productions, equipment is also available, including a jacuzzi, a cinema room, a trampoline and activity options such as scripted Top Chef-style team-building. The villa's capacity is 30 people for daily hours, and it can accommodate up to 12 people for extended stays.
