Countryside in the city
A large bourgeois house located only 3 minutes' walk from the RER A offers an exceptional setting for filming. Nestled in a verdant setting, the property combines the charm of the countryside with the immediate proximity to the city.
The house benefits from a large tree-lined garden of 2,500 square metres, with no overlooking, offering a calm and natural atmosphere ideal for filming. A swimming pool, as well as a large outdoor space, allows for multiple filming configurations.
The property also has on-site parking for 8 vehicles, facilitating the welcoming of technical teams and equipment.
This unique place offers a 'countryside in the city' ambiance, rare in the Paris region, perfect for filming of movies, series, advertisements or photo shoots.
