Charming house, Orangerie

Welcome to the Orangerie, an elegant stately home nestled in a wooded park of 1.5 hectares, in the heart of a lively village in Lot-et-Garonne. Perfect for shoots or photo sessions, it is organized around 14 rooms as follows:

• On the ground floor: a kitchen (two ovens, two dishwashers as well as all the amenities) with its adjoining living room allowing you to chat while cooking. A summer lounge overlooking the pool with its set of comfortable armchairs and a sofa, a cozy little living room perfect for watching films, a winter lounge to retreat or work quietly, a smoking room to entertain in a more intimate setting and a large hall to ensure smooth circulation between the different spaces. A bedroom with its sink and an accessible shower for people with reduced mobility. A toilet.
• On the first floor: 6 bedrooms, of which three have their own bathroom. A dormitory. Most of our bedrooms are modular and can be arranged as double beds or twin beds. Consequently, the house is perfectly suited for bed linen photo shoots, for example. Located in the very heart of a typical village in Lot-et-Garonne (at the end of the driveway), the park covers about one and a half hectares, on which there is a pond, a beautiful pool and its travertine deck as well as a large bamboo grove, perfect for adding a rare and exotic ambiance.
