The house sits on the heights of Embrun, with a terrace and a balcony, overlooking a 2,000 m² plot, offering you breathtaking views of the mountains.

The gîte comprises three levels:

Ground floor • A living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 5-burner hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, pastry equipment, citrus press…) • A living room and dining area with a table for 16 and a rustic fireplace • A bedroom with a double bed • A dormitory with five beds (including four bunk beds)

On the upper floor • A second large, convivial living room for sharing moments with family or friends • A games and relaxation area: foosball, cricket, games for children of all ages, library corner with a selection of books and board games for adults • A third bedroom with two single beds • A fourth bedroom with a double bed, both recently renovated and with a southeast-facing balcony offering a breathtaking view

Garden level • A 100 m², single-story apartment, completely renovated in Provençal style • Two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with twin beds) facing east • A shower room • A large living space with a beautiful open-plan kitchen, very bright, with a long central island, a large stone sink, an induction hob and an electric oven. In the extension of the room there is the dining room and the living room. An ideal space for recipe shoots, culinary shoots or decorative product shoots • This apartment can be accessed independently from the outside, or connects with the duplex on the upper floor

In total you have 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, as well as a cloakroom. All living spaces face southeast, bathed in light, with panoramic views of the mountains.
