Outside, a covered terrace, with a floor in old terracotta tiles, equipped with a dining area with table and chairs, and a seating area, with armchairs and a bench, cushions. You can also enjoy the sun, seated on the sun loungers under the old fig tree, in the gravel courtyard. A charcoal barbecue and pétanque balls complete this space.

Inside, on the ground floor, you will find an open and equipped kitchen, a dining room, a utility room with a WC, and a bright living room with a fireplace and a TV area.

Upstairs, you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms, separated by a bathroom with a shower, a natural stone sink and a WC.

We can provide equipment (travel cot, high chair, etc.) if you indicate it at the time of booking.

Linen is provided (sheets + pillowcases, bath towels + gloves, dish towels, tablecloths and placemats).

In the open kitchen on the ground floor, you will find a large farmhouse sink, a four-burner induction hob with an integrated hood, a dishwasher, an oven and kitchen utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen, a utility room; you will find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, ample storage, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso capsule machine and a French press, kettle, etc… A washbasin unit, as well as a WC and a washing machine also equip this space. A basic supply of household staples is available: olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea, toilet paper, paper towels, spices, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, cleaning products...

The dining room with its magnificent original cement tile floor, and its poetic ceiling-sky of Camargue, is open to the kitchen and has direct access to the covered terrace. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning, several antique pieces containing crockery, tablecloths, towels, etc… From this dining room, a staircase leads to the upper floor where the bedrooms and bathroom are located.

The living room is on the ground floor and connects to the kitchen; it has a wooden staircase to access the upper floor. There you will find reversible air conditioning, a large convertible sofa bed (180 cm), a coffee table, several armchairs, a flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi, a DVD player (and a DVD library), a large period stone fireplace for cosy fires in winter. The many openings of this room bring in a lot of light. Board games are available, as well as games/toys for children.

On the upper floor, the first bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed with a slatted base, an antique dresser, a wardrobe, a marquetry desk with a chair, two bedside tables with lamps. We can add a travel cot for your baby, or a 90 cm bed for a child (20 € extra; please request at the time of booking).

The adjoining bathroom is equipped with an electric towel dryer, a dresser, a bench, hooks for towels or clothes. It has a large walk-in shower, a toilet, and a countertop with an impressive natural stone sink. Finally, a second bedroom, connected by the bathroom, comprising two 90 cm twin beds, two bedside tables with lamps, as well as a pretty antique dresser and a small wardrobe.

Both bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning, windows with shutters, blackout curtains and mosquito nets.

The living room and the dining room are also equipped with reversible air conditioning, and mosquito nets on the windows as well as on the skylights.
