Bright apartment with south-west exposure available for work meetings or filming with a small crew during the day from 8am to 6pm. 2 days minimum.

Included in the rental price:

• The living room opens onto the well-equipped kitchen. We supply a pot of ground coffee, sugar and a piston coffee maker.
• Separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub.
• One parking space in the basement of the residence. The maximum height is 190 cm and access is via a ramp which is not suitable for lowered cars.

Access with supplement:

• 2 bedrooms with 160cm double bed (linen and towels provided): €50 / room / night before or after rental (from 4pm the day before, or until noon the day after).

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has an elevator. We cannot be held responsible in the event of an elevator breakdown. There is wifi internet access. There is no television. There is no air conditioning and the apartment can be very hot during the summer.
