Large bay windows offer a magical view of the Seine, and the two gardens, planted with trees and flowers, boast a pétanque court ideal for staging festive, joyous moments. A small artist's studio with access to the garden completes the bucolic spirit of the setting. The magic of the place will lead you to discover its outdoor terrace overlooking the Seine for breathtaking views. It's a stage where strong emotional bonds can be forged. The perfect place to take a break and watch the barges go by. A boat garage and private dock allow you to dock directly at the house, offering a plethora of unique scenarios along the river. The house has been carefully decorated to preserve its authenticity, with its millstone facade, staircases and old-fashioned fireplace. The interior layout has been redesigned by our architects to create a warm and friendly living space. The living room, with its cosy sofas and elegant furniture, is the perfect place for inspiration, brainstorming and dreaming. The kitchen, with its island and table of noble materials, can accommodate 10 guests for filming staged dinners or cooking shows and tutorials. A glass-roofed, night-lit wine cellar overlooks the kitchen. Rooms overlooking the Seine provide the perfect backdrop for photo shoots. One is a majestic walk-through room with two balconies overlooking the house's two gardens. As the house is inhabited, you'll enjoy all the comforts you need: fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, brazier, wifi, access to a mezzanine office, Trône guest area... The house has electric gates and parking for 5 cars. A 40m2 storage area is available as an optional extra to store your equipment if required. Nestled on an island close to Paris, the house is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac. Situated 15 mns from the RER A station, linking to the Paris Saint-Lazare line in just 17 mns. 15 mns walk from Poissy town center, where you'll find all the shops you need. Bicycles and scooters are available. To complete your experience, a 1966 dark-green Mustang Cabriolet in running order is available for rental.
