This 110 m² loft in Rouen, less than 10 minutes' drive from the train station, is a unique space that blends industrial authenticity with contemporary decor. Bathed in natural light thanks to its large windows and double exposure, it offers a strong, warm visual setting, ideal for photo shoots, filming or content creation.

The spacious, open-plan main living area features a modern kitchen with central island, an elegant dining table for six, and a modular lounge with modern decor. The whole is enhanced by raw materials such as the red brick wall, black metal beams, skylights on the mezzanine and a bold color scheme of black, white and terracotta orange.
