South-facing loft/ terrace/ photo/ film studio

This superb south-facing loft offers a bright and spacious setting for your shoots and filming.

It features large bay windows, 6 skylights, a 4 m high ceiling, about a dozen colored backdrops, a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a sound system, a private terrace and a jacuzzi (on request).

Blackout curtains and shutters allow the loft to plunge into complete darkness.

This venue is perfect for film shoots, commercials, music videos, or photo shoots, thanks to its brightness, modularity and equipment.

Things to note and remember This is a space I live in, so there may be changes to the decor.

So if you have a precise idea of what you want, please check by sending me a message so that everything is in its place For example, the motorcycle is not always inside. Outdoor space: note that there is a summer period and a winter period, cushions are not necessarily present in winter!
