Multiple Bright Production Studios On a Site With Industrial Architecture

These exceptional studios are located in an Eiffel-style building, a rare-charm industrial site blending brick, metal structures and large skylights, in the heart of the 20th arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from Maraîchers metro, and from the Gambetta or Charonne metro stations.

Their high degree of modularity in layout and production makes it possible to host exhibitions, showrooms, pop-up stores, conferences, fashion week shows, events, as well as meetings.

The studios vary in size and lighting angles, but all share this play of light and the sublime brightness produced by the large skylights in each space. The site's architecture, inspired by American industrial style — red brick and metal — opens onto a closed, cobbled courtyard with legendary charm, which we also make available for your productions (additional fee, or adapted for outdoor space alone).

The studios, ranging in size from 15 to 63 m², open on the ground floor onto the courtyard of about 50 m². Empty and modular, they allow you to install your own sets, equipment and specialized gear. We also offer decor elements on request — for example a seventies vibe with a workshop/industrial-style table on tubular legs, an orange space-age TV, or an authentic green Vespa scooter from 1978.

Rates: empty space from €85/hour, with decorative elements from €100/hour. Quote on request according to your needs. Minimum 4 hours.

The studios are spread across a large calm workspace, with access to the outdoor courtyard on the ground floor, a kitchenette on the 1st floor, and restrooms.
