The house is divided into two levels:
On the ground floor: a large 80m2 open-plan meeting room in an L-shape including work areas, lounge corners, a kitchenette, a cloakroom, a piano, a connected bike, plus a 20m2 cinema room and a 20m2 storage area.
A staircase leads to the garden level.
On the garden level: a 95m2 open space with living area, dining area and open kitchen with all the equipment needed for a private chef, all opening onto the garden + a 20m2 library/office + a WC with sink.
