Fully renovated in 2020/2021 while preserving its exotic woods (staircase and joinery), it has beautiful, air-conditioned volumes across 3 levels.
Very bright thanks to its large east- and west-facing bays, fitted with shutters, it benefits from a peaceful and green environment with neighboring gardens and a view of the hillside to the East (the first from the Ocean!!).
It is located 300 m from Bordeaux and 12 minutes from the historic center (Place de la Bourse).

During breaks, you can experience a rare moment, listening to your favorite artists on an exceptional Hi-Fi system.
And if your production allows you two hours, experience a sound tasting with an internationally renowned expert, pedagogical and passionate: 15 minutes to understand what Hi-Fi is and its technical challenges, followed by listening to pieces of different styles enriched with very short anecdotes.
I can also offer a meditation class, as I am a Hatha Yoga instructor.

Access:
By car: parking is free on the street and on surrounding streets.
A free parking is available 150 m from the house.
By bus, a stop 50 m away (no nuisance since the bus is on the perpendicular street).
