Very bright thanks to its large bay windows in the East and West, equipped with shutters, it benefits from a peaceful and green environment with the neighboring gardens and the view of the hill in the East (the first from the Ocean!!).

It is located 300 m from Bordeaux and 12 minutes from the historic center (Place de la Bourse).

I can also give you a meditation class, being a Hatha Yoga instructor.
